This is invaluable information when it comes to providing our clients with the best advice possible about their potential future home. Don’t make an exception for a home inspection service that doesn’t use thermal imaging technology, we’re happy to provide it free with every home inspection we perform.

If we find something wrong, we’ll provide you with a recommendation for further action. For new home buyers we also offer 11-month warranty inspections so you can get the most if your builder offers a one-year home warranty. You want to be sure everything is OK before the builder’s warranty expires. For all inspections you’ll receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information about any material defects.

    Seller inspections (sometimes referred to as pre-listing inspections) are becoming more popular because they virtually eliminate all the pitfalls and hassles associated with waiting to do the home inspection until a buyer is found. These inspections are generally used to identify defects so that they can be repaired before placing the property on the market. If repairs are made to any property inspected and the owner wishes to have the property re-inspected we offer re-inspections at a discounted rate.
